See the care someone chooses to share, and help with the steps they allow. Everyone helping can join for free.

See how their day is going.
Sarah doesn’t need to call at lunch to ask whether her father took his tablets. She opens the app and sees how his day is going, as far as he has chosen to share it.
Joined with a code
The person being helped sends an invite. The helper types the code, or scans it when they’re in the same room.
Chosen person by person
See the plan, see a missed step, get a daily summary, complete steps, add care notes. Each one is a separate choice, and any helper can be paused.
Free for everyone in the circle
Inviting and connecting helpers costs nothing, on the free plan or Premium.

Your part in their day
Stay involved, with permission.
The person whose care it is invites you. Once your account is connected, the permissions they chose determine what you can see and do. An invitation that has not been accepted does not give access.
They can separately allow plan visibility, missed steps, daily summaries, completing steps and adding care notes. They can change those choices, pause you or remove access.
A missed step is visible when you next open dischargeRx, if it has been shared with you. Agree how you will check in with each other; the app does not provide emergency monitoring.
One Premium subscription can cover a circle when live store billing is available, and an eligible helper can fund it from their own phone. Joining and helping remain free. Read the Free and Premium details.
Tonight, the papers. Tomorrow, one step at a time.
dischargeRx is not in the App Store or Google Play yet. This page will link straight to the store on the day it’s published.
Free includes one active care plan, reminders for every step, and family sharing.
